Who I am
Jackson Barreto
Founder of Innominatum, on-demand technology leadership
I was born in Rio de Janeiro and, through the example of my mother, a public school teacher dedicated to students with specific needs, I learned from an early age that people always come first. I grew up in a home with Portuguese and African roots, where living with diversity revealed to me, in practice, the true meaning of empathy and admiration.
At the age of ten I was already in business and I realized that understanding how things is only the first step; the second is to choose the right tool from my box of knowledge. I found them in education: the Law gave me the lever of justice, the Engineering the master key that turns ideas into tangible solutions, the Cybersecurity the shield that protects those who trust in technology, and Management the compass that allows me to orchestrate all these tools strategically and cohesively.
This unique combination led me to found Innominatum, where I bring technology leadership to SMEs. At the same time, I advise governments and organizations at the intersection of technology, public policy, and social impact. Whether working with a company to automate its operations or helping shape public policies, the principle remains the same: technology must serve people, not the other way around.
That's what drives me every day: applying these tools to opportunities and strengthen human dignity. I want every person to believe again in a fairer and more inclusive future. For me technology is just the means, a catalyst that liberates, integrates and dignifies. If it doesn't positively transform the human experience, it doesn't make sense.
